The Danish IT Society Architecture Competence Framework Profile Tool is an Excel spreadsheet that contains the six architect roles. Each role is divided into the 11 competences, and for each competence a recommended level is stated for the role in question.
The Profile Tool generates a visual competence profile (radar chart).
In the spreadsheet you can enter your own competence assessments and measure them against the reference profiles for the DIT ACF architect roles. You can freely edit the spreadsheet and, for example, change the values. With the Profile Tool you can quickly assess your competences as an architect and compare them with the recommended level.
Use the tool together with your manager and colleagues, and use it to assess your own or others’ competence profiles, for example when putting together an architecture team.
In the spreadsheet you can compare the competences currently present for a given architect role with the general recommendation from the Danish Agency for Digital Government (Digitaliseringsstyrelsen).
