Timo Leimbach, Associate Professor, Aarhus University

Timo Leimbach is Associate Professor at the Department of Digital Design and Information Studies, Aarhus University. Before entering academia, he worked for nearly a decade as a senior project manager at Fraunhofer ISI in Germany, working and leading industrial research and public policy projects. His current research examines how organizations navigate technological change with a focus on how concepts like agility, DevOps, and flow-based thinking reshape management practices, professional roles, and the relationship between development processes and broader organizational structures.
