Practical information
The hackathon takes place from Friday the 26th of August at 5 PM to Saturday the 27th of August at 3 PM. The doors will open Friday at 4 PM and the Hackathon begins exactly at 5 PM - so please make sure to be here on time.

Where do I sleep?
If you wish to sleep a couple of hours of course it is possible. You must bring your own sleeping bag and mattress and we will try to find a quiet place where you can sleep or relax away from the hackathon.
What do I eat?
We will provide all meals and plenty of snacks during the event. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know ahead of the event.
How do I get there?
Dansk IT is located approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Skjolds Plads metro station. If you drive here by car there is self-paid parking on the street. We do not cover travel expenses, but if you wish to join form a location outside of the greater Copenhagen area, please let us know as we will try to organize a rideshare option.
Price
The hackathon is completely free thanks to our sponsors. If you cannot make it, please let us know NO LATER than the 23rd of august by sending us an email (see the e-mail addresses below). There is a no-show fee of 200 DKK.
